Warren and Ashley were GREAT! Loved working with them. The online platform, however, was a bit difficult to work with. I would have preferred one checklist, divvied out by borrower and co-borrower. That would be simpler than the current system of grouping different activities, although perhaps that is the nature of the platform. All things considered, a minor snag in an otherwise great experience!
